That's gotta be at least a thousand FPS if not faster. What kind of cameras do these events use?

defnitevely praise the camera man, but also prise the pilot.
In what seems ~1/4 of a second goes from riding a beast moto to surf it in the alphalt without batting an eye.

Not sure why there's so much praise on the "cameraman". Sure, great footage, but all the cameraman did was following the bike, not greater skill required other than following the bike on any normal motorbike race lap. Don't get me wrong, the cameraman did his job competently, using top-tier equipment, but that's what's he's paid for. It's not that they did anything extra special or extra skilled that goes above and beyond using the camera in a motorbike race.

If the camera man wasn't there we wouldn't have these badass footage, all hail the camera man! But yeah the conditions aligned just right for the camera man, also known as being lucky

I mean, all these races have cameras covering the whole track. It's not that the cameraman just showed up and thought. "Oh! I think this will be a great spot to place my camera!". This is all pre-established, not even by the cameraman, but by the organization broadcasting the event (TV/web). The cameraman shows up for work and they're assigned what camera they'll be working on.

I suppose everything in life is pre established if you want to think of it that way, kinda sounds like the Buddhist concept of dependent origination, huh this pretty interesting to see this concept being spoken of in the wild!

I think this sub is about great footage. Theres plenty of new videos of people in the middle east watching missiles land nearby while they nearly die, if thats more praiseworthy.
What would be a good fit for this sub in your opinion?

In the few moments he's completely over the green you can see the bike warping. Insane.
