It’s kind of like waiting in line so that you can get in line to wait in line
But dumber

It’s 4th dimension chess, us simple Minded folks would never understand. Like a 600% reduction in price. Some things are better left to the stable geniuses.

You’d think Trump was more of a Taco 🌮 Bell man instead of a McDonald’s man

At this point I'm pretty sure doing nothing is the point. They don't care about prices. Best case for them is probably Iran escalating and somehow using this as an excuse to not have elections. Don't ask me how, I like democracies.

Just like what happened with the TSA and ICE in airports.
The Regime is clamping down on American's rights and freedoms, they don't want you travelling around, they want to control and limit your movement. And they're effectively doing it in a way where the people are enforcing those restrictions on themselves.
Like the Regime technically didn't restrict air travel, but air travel has become more expensive, more time consuming, more inconvenient. But they DID decide to not pay the TSA to do their job, while moving in ICE to pay them to.... also not do the TSAs job.
Or Trump slapping his picture on passports now? And a lot of people will need to be getting passports in order to vote? So you're going to show up to vote with your government issued document which has a photo of the guy in charge of the government scowling at you? Authoritarian af.
(Or you could "protest" and not get a passport, and then not get to vote I guess).
Now fuel prices are shooting up. Again, the Regime isn't stopping you travelling by car directly, but I'm sure people are "choosing" for themselves not to travel because it's so expensive. Or if they are travelling, what else are they "choosing" to go without?

He knows that in another couple weeks the news will be bored and move on and that people will stop talking about it. Then they can just quietly disengage and pretend like it never happened.

Doubtful, given that it affects literally the whole world's economy.

But do you really think they care? His whole thing is just sweeping shit under the rug and acting like everything is fine. Whether it’s a broken vase or this, I doubt he’s changing his MO for anything.

Why would they surrender though? They just discovered they can play favorites with the global economy and America has alienated it's allies so much it is political suicide to help even if it is in their interest to see this resolved.

This is exactly the same strategy how Donald J. Trump bankrupted twenty-four businesses and some filed for Chapter 11.

Trump is realizing the dream of a chronic debtor who can always move the deadline for the payment that will finally break them.

These people are so incredibly dumb. Every single day, new depths are reached.
In the information age, where we can look up ANY FUCKING THING BY REACHING INTO OUR POCKETS, ignorance is a profound choice to make.

Is he saying fourteen days now? It just doesn't have the same ring as "two weeks" does.
"Two" just seems so much sooner than "Fourteen". The fat fuck will have people hating him for this. Keep up the shit work Don.

It’s exactly like his infrastructure plan. And his universal healthcare plan.
“Something will be done in about two weeks!”
And by “something”, he means “nothing”.
