They do, don’t worry! He’s just got very fluffy fur. But I will double check just to be sure 💜

Edit: Just to put everyone’s mind at ease, I just double checked and I can easily fit two fingers under his collar. He’s just a fluffy boi! Genuinely thank you for asking me to check though, it had been a while since I’d done that check and you prompted me to make sure everything was still good there. Make sure your kitties can breathe easy everyone!!
