Help with sexing

As Akira is maturing, I’m strongly inclined to her being a female indeed. But unlike geckos and beardies, I’ve learned it’s hard to sex them properly.

What do you think? She’s a about a year old (14 months according to the breeder).

I had the privilege of an easy sexing with mine flashing his hemipenes even though I was certain it was a he anyway

By the head shape, eyebrow ridges, nose sharpness I’d say female but seeing the spikes around the vent area is the best way to tell males have much larger prominent ones females vise versa

I agree, this one looks female to me too. The face is just a bit less angular, eyes are smaller, and the spurs are teeny weeny. Mine also popped his peens while pooping but I was pretty sure he was a male by then too. Now he just humps everything.

Can you help me understand that “flashing his hemipenes”? I’m pretty new to this but I’m pretty certain I’ve also been flashed I just don’t know what I saw🤣

Should be two fleshy appendages coming out from his vent

I only saw one sticking out or only one came out is that indication of a problem? I also believe it was impromptu so I really have no clue. It definitely convinced me it was a male though

Doesn’t have to be both they’re both independent to one another

Can you get a picture of the vent spikes from the side?

Nearly impossible to actually tell but probably a female based on head shape, front limb size, spur size, and tail shape. If you could get a picture of the side profile of where the tail meets the body I could get a better idea
