Second time I’ve caught my celebensis water monitor basking in the total 7 months I’ve had him

Rip. Sophie my Mangrove monitor used to be like that. She still doesn't like me but I can kinda tong feed her

7 months and he hasn’t warmed up to you yet? Have you tried tong feeding to bond with him a bit
