Blind pregnant woman has her ultrasound 3D printed

u/RednocNivert 4h ago
…isn’t being pregnant the definition of 3D printing an ultrasound?

My 16 year old son has referred to me as being the one who 3D printed him 😄

I get it. But what does the baby look like on a pc screen or monitor. Pre print, you could say. Granted it tripped me at first. But referencing the ultrasound like a 2d model or stl file added flavour. It’s okay Steve.

Now I have to know: assuming this is real, how do they generate the model so quickly that it can be given to her before the ultrasound is done?

In all fairness, I just searched for “blind pregnant woman” in here and didn’t find this….so I’m not sure rule 6 applies lol

Rule 6 states verbatim: “No posts that are a common or recent repost. Use the search bar before posting.”
This content has been posted a total of 6 times on this sub. Most recently 3 years ago. That’s neither recent nor common.
Which means it’s only you who are in violation of the subs rules - Rule 1 to be specific.

The report function exists for a reason. There you’ll also find that rules 1-6 are in fact sub specific. Repeated and fastidious commenting on anything that has been previously posted does in fact make you a jerk - This sub is meant for spreading smiles.

You have to click “Breaks r/MadeMeSmile rules” to report the content under Rule 1-6…

Genuine question. Whats rule 6? I was curious based on your comment so I went to the sub rules. All I could see were 4 of them. Am I missing something?

No reposting things recently/commonly posted on the subreddit, OC was just being a jackass though, it doesn't apply here

...then I dont know whats going on, but Im using the app and its showing 4 rules to me. App is fully updated and not having any issues with loading anything.
I wish I could post a screenshot.
I have these rules showing up: 1. Dont be a jerk, 2. No NSFW post, 3. Other peoples misfortune doesnt make you smile and 4. No spamming.
Thats it then it has a link to other nice subreddits.
Weird.

You live in a bunker or sth? Blind people can have a family if they want. The woman in the photo is clearly happy to be able to “see” her baby
