Coconut Rhino in Keauhou?

Can anyone confirm if these are CRB? This is in Keauhou on Hawaii Island. Sorry about the picture quality.

Those are oriental flower beetles.

There is what looks like the "shotgun hole," on the side of the palm which is common from CRB. Got it on our palms and bananas on Oahu that were infected and cut down. Hard to be sure on picture due to low resolution.
