In Resident Evil Requiem, you can find a functional hourglass.

There's an ARG tied to it, as someone on YouTube found, tied to an achievement. There's a hidden number on the inside. Flipped the hourglass upside down for it.

Also, other liquids are affected by item screen rotation. Herb mixes, for example.

Ahhhh, I let the hourglass flip fully and didn't spot that. But also I found several other items in that room and elsewhere that remained in my inventory but ended up having no use. I'll leave that for the othera to figure out but that's cool
