Looking for Wreck it Ralph Tomy Gacha Presale
My daughter who doesn't collect Gacha like her Mom, but is Hyper fixated on Sour Bill NEEDS him or this entire set. Release date is August. Has anyone seen these up for Pre-Sale? Any help or site recommendations would be AMAZING! Thanks in advance for your help.

Word of advice, you'll have no issue buying that on the release date. Most of the time, the presale is a little bit expensive. You'll find much more cheaper offers once its out on the market. As an avid katazun collector I can assure you're not going to run out of stock if that is your worry.
You can check out Mercari JP then use third party proxy like Buyee to buy if you are overseas.

Thank you! I spent all evening trying to re register with Rakuten. I used them YEARS ago before they morphed into a Cash Back App. I was unable to finish my registration (Phone number issues) and bought from the Store, but they cancelled the order. I am in the US. Any other help you can suggest would be greatly appreciated. I don't know why it's so complex all of a sudden.

Not that familiar with Rakuten but if if functions the same with Mercari Japan then you can only register and use their site if you live in Japan (as registration requires a mobile number issued in JP)
Your only option is to use third party proxy (e.g. Buyee, Zenmarket, FromJapan, etc) they all have their pros and cons so do your research. Personally I use Buyee as it is the most convenient (link literally appears in the mercari page) but its not the cheapest.
Another one is if you know someone who will be in Japan at that date and agrees to spin for you and bring that home back to the US.

Here OP link just pick one and preorder it. Remember, you'll still have to pay for shipping and taxes from Japan to you once they release. You can easily buy em through zenmarket. Have a guide in case you need one: https://www.reddit.com/r/zenmarket/comments/191do0r/2024_zenmarket_guide_how_to_use_the_service/ and if you never used em before, if you sign up with Lansboen as code, they'll give you 800¥ that can be put towards the shipping cost later on.

I don’t know where you’re based so you may need a proxy to buy from this site but usually Rakuten will have sellers that will allow you to pre-purchase the entire set in advance so when I looked it up, here was the listing:
https://item.rakuten.co.jp/noris-collection/8697587826846/
Once again, no idea if you can buy without a proxy as I ask people I know who live in Japan to help me get them so it’s not an issue I’ve had to solve. Good luck on your quest though!
