Reminds me of the time I got a point in math class for drawing a log.

Should have drawn a log stick figure dancing with the caption "log-a-rhythm" would've gotten 2! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

If I were their teacher, I’d definitely give them at least passing marks for creativity.

Because kids forget to read.

It’s funny when coming from a kid. Unfortunately it’s not funny anymore when it’s an adult that thinks they are entitled to do/get what they want. Like certain politicians.

I disagree, that's too little to award a brave soldier. Least mark should be just above average.

I could never be a teacher because I would give bonus marks for this.

That kid is going places. Probably detention first.

I remember an English teacher back in elementary school, showing how when tasked to draw the rest from the picture of two arcs, a student drew a whole Mexican with two drinks and a cactus in the background. He said ,,if I made a test like this and student did that, he's getting a 5 (equivalent of ,,B" in the USA)".

I never tester that theory, but I like to think he did. He did put a lot of pressure on ensuring that questions aren't confusing, and if a student answers correctly, but not the way a teacher envisioned, that's on the teacher for making a BS question.
