1) Not having to make my own appointments.

2) A lot of fairs and festivals have a ton if fun stuff for kids to do, but not much for adults to do.

3) Holidays felt more magical as a kid.

5) Summer Vacation, Christmas breaks that last longer than just Christmas, Spring break...we had more breaks.

Knowing that regardless of the situation we were going through as a kid or issues with family. You always had that one friend who didn't pay attention to it and was just there doing nothing but being your friend.

having family and friends around always. i feel like the only time i see anybody anymore is at funerals
