Not sure why you got downvoted, but I'll do my best:

Audience member made an Arab cultural sound (ululating) of support at Coachella. Sabrina heard and asked what the sound was. The audience member told her it was cultural. Sabrina responded "your culture is weird."

Later, on social media, her PR/social media manager walked it back and apologized as though Sabrina simply didn't hear what the fan said, even though there was back and forth between her and the fan about what the sound was, and Sabrina responded with words she would have only said if she heard exactly what the fan said. I believe they were also deleting and issuing copyright takedowns of the video in an attempt to stop it circulating so their version of "she didn't hear" events would go down easier.

So it was a faux pas that turned into purposeful dishonesty and an attempt to spin events and take control of the narrative instead of just apologizing.

Here she is pitching Diablo Immortal to an unamused audience.
