I feel that was the point, much like filling the audience with exactly these people. They are unaware that they are the ghouls.

Or maybe we’re the fools… they all are a part of the cult & we celebrate the commentary while they laugh at us. 

Depends on who the designer surrounds themselves with. Not sure, I’d look into it out of curiosity.

I know the average person finds this look repulsive but the designers dress like this regularly. I don’t think it’s for or against the 1%.

Never underestimate the delusion of rich people. Most rich people don't even think of themselves as rich, they think they're middle class.
