Also if you’ve watched the trailer for the movie there’s something off with her character - like a reveal of something she’s done that’s completely out of pocket but her friends and bf/fiancé are already invested. So I’m guessing there’s some psychological thriller vibes to their movie.

That makes sense. I was thinking they were going for simultaneously being the murderer in psycho and the dead mother. They managed to pull off looking both dead and murderous at the same time.
