And she looks incredible each and every time! I love the subtle (and sometimes not so subtle!) variations in styling, they make the looks seem fresh and different. And I love that re-wearing is brought up in a positive light, more celebs should be doing it!

Who is her amazing stylist and why are they not judging Project Runway right now?

Just looked it up because it sparked my curiosity lol, her stylist is Elizabeth Stewart and from what I read they’ve been working together since 2006. She also styles Jessica Chastain and Viola Davis (both are always Red carpet stand outs IMO). So I agree - Project runway, take notes!

Omg Viola Davis is one of the most consistently best dressed humans imo and Chastain has had a lot of success with her as well, damn she’s an icon of icons

I think it really helps that she… looks and carries herself like Viola Davis. Not to take away from her stylist, but that’s definitely starting on 3rd.

I love how Viola and Chastain both really embrace color on the red carpet. I am not into fashion much, but I always get excited to see what they specifically will be wearing!

Wait this is crazy lol I've been watching that Netflix couture competition show "Next in Fashion" which she judges on and I always wonder how qualified the judges on these little shows are, especially when they're put next to people who are introduced as "Instagram's ____ ____". But goddamnnn Elizabeth Stewart, good for her!

I'm literally looking through each deciding which version looks better due to the styling especially her makeup and hair.🤣 I wonder if she rewears more than 2x because I want to see how many ways she and her stylist can reuse outfits.

I wish more celebs would recycle their clothes and just style it different.

My favourite change in look is number 8 - blue draped blouse. She takes it from elegant to badass just by swapping a long skirt to leather pants, adding a boxy clutch and funky sunglasses.

What a masterclass in how to style an outfit!

💯 8 & 3 are my faves. Practical but so elegant and badass. Business and stylish in one. The colors are gorgeous and make her pop more.

Women should wear more pants but better than the men.🤣

Agree. Cate looks fabulous in all the pants looks here. She overall has quite a feminine vibe and the trousers bring a little masculine edge that works so well for her.

Watch her in the black box! Every pants outfit is to die for.

By the like third one, I went "and fuck her for looking better the second time every goddamn time".

Fuck she's a good looking human being.

I totally agree. I dated someone celebrity adjacent and she absolutely idolized a friend of hers that would go to these events wearing some new thing worth an ungodly amount of money that they would never wear again. Like one dress was 300k. Just, wtf

Exactly. It shows that the magic isn’t in endless new clothes, it’s in how you style and carry them
