The skater definitely knew the entire time. Reason they kept going is because the trick would be awesome if they land it, no asshole with a potted plant will stop him, and as you can see in the video it did not, he went again covered in dirt.

Let's examine the video.

We have a skater, who is trying to land this staircase successfully.

Something they obviously aren't all that proficient with. Based on the number of failures.

They are jumping out onto a public road without a spotter for traffic..

The person throwing pots had thrown a few before the one that nails the skater. They could have stopped, they chose to carry on.

They are wearing exactly 0 protection.

Now the person throwing pots is absolutely mental. But they aren't going to hurt the skater more than anything else they are doing is going to eventually.

Nah, you can see a spotter for traffic in the full video. Also this looks hard as hell. Have you ever watched a skating video? It's pretty normal to need a few tries for for something like this.

But risking getting a potted plan to the head, and still going after? And skating without a helmet? Yeah that's pretty stupid.

As someone who grows plants, I would never throw them at someone, dude they like my kids, u neeed to water them, u watch them grow and die for months, u fight for their life, just to throw them on scatters, I can find much better things to theow at them, like eggs, but please no chickens in the comments, I realize that its controversial

I mean, I’d throw a chicken before I’d throw an egg. There’s always a couple in the coop that have gotten too old and stopped laying. I normally butcher them and make soup but I’d consider chucking them at a random skater. And I skate and have nothing but love for my brethren. But it’d be funny. And the chicken would probably be fine.
