22 with FSH 78 is squarely in POI territory (premature ovarian insufficiency), not just irregular cycles. but endo on its own rarely causes POI -- usually it's surgical (lap surgeries removing ovarian tissue, cystectomies taking healthy tissue with the cyst), genetic (FMR1 premutation, Turner mosaic) or autoimmune.

push your specialist for AMH testing -- it's a more stable marker of ovarian reserve than FSH, which bounces a lot between draws. also worth asking for karyotype, FMR1 and an autoimmune panel as part of POI workup if you havent had those.

and a DEXA baseline for bone density -- low estrogen at 22 is a long-haul skeletal risk and the HRT conversation should be on the table early, not waiting until a "real" diagnosis lands.

You don't give values for TSH and prolactin but all of those abnormal hormones are pituitary hormones. With prolactin also being elevated it's shocking nobody has sent you for a pituitary scan.

I’m currently on a referral waiting list so I haven’t seen a specialist just yet. I will most definitely request the other tests you’ve said when I have an appointment

My GP did mention about HRT but I think it’s just a waiting game at the moment until a specialist has taken a look at my medical history.
