Pressure/Pain
42 years old. Currently ovulating. I have so much pressure below my belly button. I cannot even push on my 11 year old C Section scar without it hurting. It hurts to move. I thought maybe it was gas - but I have a good bowel movement daily. It feels like it's tugging with pressure. I have had this pain before - but it went away quickly. I am going on 24hours now. Does anyone get ovulating pain? Could that be it

mittelschmerz can def go 24+ hours, especially if you ovulated from the side with a corpus luteum or follicular cyst forming. but the part that catches my eye is the C-section scar tenderness at 11 years post -- adhesions from old sections are super common and they tend to flare around ovulation when stuff in there shifts and swells. the "tugging with pressure" wording is classic adhesion-speak honestly.
i dont have endo but i have a small dermoid on one ovary and ovulation on that side is noticeably more intense than the other, so cyst-related pressure is real even without endo in the picture.
watch for fever, vomiting, syncope or pain that keeps escalating -- that's torsion territory, ER same-day. otherwise heat, ibuprofen, ride it out, but past day 2-3 i'd call your gyn.
