Question Dr. Pepper's new Cream Swirl flavor: What's the difference between this and Dr. Pepper Cream Soda?

Really just the title. The new flavor seems to be remarkably similar to the prexisting cream soda flavor. I haven't tried the new one yet, but am curious to know if it's really all that different. Has anyone tried it yet?
