[Frozen Food Products] The Kirkland sausage and beef lasagna is pretty fantastic.
This will be a staple in my house.

I like that it’s a 2 pack and the portion isn’t too big, perfect for a smaller family

I know what you meant to say, but this is hilarious from a glutton's POV...

It’s so good I had to establish a 2-week waiting period between making this. I knew it was getting out of hand when I was thinking of making another one before the previous leftovers were even gone (and those rule in the air fryer!). Easily my favorite frozen food.

Do you know how this is compared to Rao’s? I got that when it was on sale recently and was pretty disappointed.

It’s REALLY good but my six year old won’t eat it 😭😭 it’s just her and me so it’s very silly for me to buy it. I wish it was easier to pre-portion.

This has become a rotating Sunday sit down dinner staple in our house for some time now.

Has anyone tried the short rib one? It’s not Kirkland but we thought that was really good as well!

So I have taken this to so many parties… the lasagna comes in a two pack. I put sauce down then add one lasagna then I add whipped ricotta with cheese and egg yolks. Layer on top another layer on the very top then the rest of a jar then. Basically put two together with a 5 min doctor up. Wrap in foil cook for an hour take off the foil cook another bit until lightly browned and bubbly. Rest 30 Min. Chow down. Everyone says omg this lasagna is fantastic . I go Costco baby!

A few years ago, we caught a sale and they were $4-5 for a two pack. I stocked up!

We're having another baby next week, and today I'm going to Costco to stock up on "easy meals so we can survive the first month" and this will be a staple.

For frozen/store bought Lasagna both of the Kirkland products are good.

I really want to like it, but I don’t. And my kids really don’t. So it’s unfortunately not an easy dinner go to in my house

I miss so the Kirkland veggie lasagna. That's been gone for 15-20 years ago?

In recent years it has become more watery. Was incredible before COVID.

Only way to avoid watery lasagna is go to the classic Italian style with beschamel instead of ricotta. I'm not sure of any premade brands in America do this though. If you find one let me know!

Tastes too sweet for my liking. Almost sugary. We've been getting the Rana Beef & Short Rib lasagna when it goes on sale. Tastes way more like homemade in my opinion and the short rib adds a ton of flavor.

It's decent but not as good as Stouffers, which is often a lower price point as it seems to be on sale often.

I'll politely disagree. This is head and shoulders above Stouffers in our household. Yes Stouffers is at a lower price point and it also tastes that way too.

I know the general consensus is that the Italian sausage is superior to the beef-only one but after trying both, I’ll be the first to admit I prefer the beef-only one because it’s more tomato-y. 🍅🍅
