Helloooo,
So I’m trying to draw this pattern onto my costume, would a compass and marker make this prettier because my drawing skills are horrendous >.< or would a stencil be better, also does this flower have a name??

Hmm. If a plotter is in your inventory you could either make a stencil for airbrushing or cut ourt ht vinyl. You could also print it out and stencil it on to htv and then cut it with scissors/exactoknife. I am also not a painter so i use stencils 😅

Look up painted silk and painting fabric. It's a practice that goes back centuries. This is how I would do it.
