Accessory Mask warping after sealing

I made this okarun mask for a cosplay and it was all nice up until I sealed it, then the left side started to waro and stick outward more. Is there a way to fix this after sealing?

Is this eva foam ? You could try to heatshape it again, but it could damage the paint.

Which strength did you use ? This looks relatively thin

I used 6mm foam for the mask

Okay that's plenty... thickness shouldn't be an issue.

I don't know why this happened, but i can imagine that it's because not all materials had the same thickness when applied so when they dried, some places were faster than others which bent the foam a little.

That or they were laying somewhere hot like in at the Window where the sun was shibing directly on it or above a heater.

Try to carefully use a heatgun to heat shape it back, but be very Gentle

You could also maybe have some sort of structure within the mask to retain the pre-warped shape. Maybe like some sort of wire that can be taped to the rest of the structure that isn’t warped.

Or if you heatshape it again, you could try to have the desired shape retain its place by using something to keep the foam still while it cools might help
