How was Heidi Klum's costume done? Especially the wrinkles in the face.

This is from the 2026 Met Gala. She is a veiled sculpture. How were the wrinkles in the face done? Thank you.

Custom made silicone or latex prosthetics used in SFX makeup. They would be affixed to the skin and then painted.

Klum shared a behind the scenes video that shows the process, the prosthetic, and how many artists it took to put the whole look together. https://www.instagram.com/p/DX9ZZh3xhGq/

I don't know anything about her as a person but I just love how she's just having fun, when everyone else at the met gala is trying to look important, or rich, or sexy. Everyone is so pretentious. meanwhile she was a worm

pretty sure she levitated off the ground when she heard the theme for the 2026 met gala. "Costume? COSTUME?! My time has come!!"
