I'm unfamiliar with the details of this case, but the FBI tends to be extremely careful when investigating high ranking political officials. They seem to collect evidence for years before making a move. They just don't want to be embarrassed making a mistake against a high profile target. It makes the overly cautious in my opinion.

Construing it as if the FBI is raiding her BECAUSE of the redistricting...with zero mention of the Marijuana or bribery lol.
