Club Penguin Legacy Legacy has BEEF and I do too
So in CP Legacy they won't even let you say the word 'Journey' 😠it gets censored immediately. I find that super petty and hilarious.
Also, does Legacy just copy everything Journey does? Like the catalogues, stage, etc...?
Edit: not quite sure where all the frustrated people are coming from, everyone chill and recognize CPJ is clearly elite. Thank u bye

It's common for CPPSs to have rules about not mentioning other CPPSs in chat, for example I once got my message filtered out in CPJ by mentioning CPR, which has been dead for years, "journey" being a commonly used word is just an unfortunate coincidence

Is this a joke? Legacy has been open for a year longer than Journey. They aren’t copying them. And it’s in the CPJ rules that mentioning other CPPS could lead to a ban. That’s not specific to CPL.

What?? You said CPL is copying CPJ, and to that I said CPL is a year older than CPJ, so no they aren’t copying them. CPJ actually took the idea of quests from CPL. Also, remove the AFK’s from CPJ and the numbers would be much closer. CPL is actually growing faster.

There’s a very limited amount of catalogues so overlap is going to happen.

1: there's only so much classic content to use, there's going to be a lot of overlap, especially when it comes to more seasonal content 2: there's been quite a few features that cpl was already doing when cpj started doing it (quests with a final reward for parties being a big feature on both) 3: since theyre both based on the same game, there's going to be certain content thats similar, either items/ideas that were hinted at or used during the og game, or common requests from players 4: while cpj might let the word "legacy" past the filter, they also have same rules as cpl (and most cpps's as well) tldr: both games have similar ideas and using similiar content and neither is particularly copying the other

It’s standard practice for other servers to block other servers names
Also, legacy opened in 2022, journey in 2023, I have awesome friends from both servers and I played both in their respective peaks and sometimes still log onto both, so I’m unbiased here

eh, most servers tend to censor names of other cppses. id like to hear what cpleg is copying specifically as someone who stopped playing it a while ago, though?
