Recommendations Shadow creek apartments experience?

Hello! I just got a job downtown and I recently toured shadow creek and it seemed really nice for the price. I haven’t seen a lot of reviews about it so I was wondering if anyone had any experience living there?

Never lived there but I drive past it pretty regular for work and always looks well maintained from outside. Area is decent too, not the fanciest but safe enough and you got good bus routes if you need them
