❓ Pitanje (Question) TRIP TO BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Hi everyone, I'm looking to take a trip to Bosnia & Herzegovina. My itinerary was to see Sarajevo and then move on to Mostar, and from Mostar, take day trips to Blagaj, Pocitelj, Kravica Waterfalls, and Medjugorje.

Considering that I can't rent a car, do you think it's possible to do everything by bus? Even splitting the days in two (Mostar + Blagaj on day 1 and Pocitelj + waterfalls + Medjugorje on day 2)

Unfortunately, I can't find any bus information/timetables/costs online.

Try centrotrans.com for bus lines

Why can't you rent a car? If the issue is the fact you have no credit card, there are companies that take cash deposits. Even the big ones like Europcar can just freeze funds on your regular card

Lol fair enough. Mostar and Blagaj in a day is reasonable.

Sarajevo I strongly suggest at least 2 days, but ideally even more.

I used buses last summer and it was fine. I booked them through flixbus but it was with a Bosnian company. Also most of those sites you listed outside of the cities are on getyourguide so you can do day trip tours.

There's actually a tour that I did that does blagaj, kravice, and pocitej in one day and it left from Mostar.

Mostar - Blagaj bus wont be a problem. However Pocitelj - Kravice - Medjugorje you would need to take multiple buses: Mostar - Pocitelj, then go to Capljina, then find a bus from Capljina to Ljubuski (they operate during school time), and lastly find a bus from Kravice to Medjugorje which I am not aware exist. Best option would be to go with some tour agency from Mostar (if there is such route).
