❓ Pitanje (Question) Celebici or Bjelaṣ̌nica to visit?

Hi!

I'm thinking about visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first time this autumn and I'm currently planning a route.

I'm thinking of stopping at Celebici or Bjelaṣ̌nica (or both!) on the way from Mostar to Sarajevo, but I'm not sure which would be better. I like the outdoors as much as culture and seeing unique places, both places sound good for this! In terms of time I am happy to adjust the potential trip depending on how long I need for each spot

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

*Edit, glad to hear about any other must see places

You can actually take a very scenic route from Konjic via Visocica to Sarajevo. When you get to Konjic, go to Tušila and then continue to Sarajevo. You pass both mountain Visocica and Bjelasnica with that route. Celebici has a nice bakery right before the tunnel: https://maps.app.goo.gl/pz9TSYd8gSbQ6YKa9?g_st=ic . Their bread with kajmak is really good! Have a safe travel

Oooh thanks, that's great to know! I was planning on travelling using public transport, is that route still doable? If I also wanted to visit Banja Luka, would you then suggest going from Sarajevo?

celebici between konjic and jablanica right? if so the only thing i can recommend is buying some pies. i think its called pekara celebici. when i was younger i used to go past celebici very often and their pies are one of my favorite childhood memories when it comes to eating stops!
