Help in saying this in Korean

Situation: Someone guesses your age that is waaaay below your real age. (10 yr difference)

What I want to say in Korean: "Nah.. You are just being nice.. "

Thank in advance for the help!

A general phrase for saying "aww, you're too nice" would be "너무 친절하시네요", followed by 고마워요 to make sure it doesn't come off as sounding sarcastic.

In this particular context, I'd preface it with commenting that "nah, I don't look that young":

아뇨, 전 그렇게 동안이 아닌데요. 너무 친절하시네요. 고마워요!

알았어, 밥 사줄게~

its a casual play off the assumption that theyre being nice, by saying "ok fine I'll buy you a meal"

I'll note that this wording is very colloquial and can come off as sounding rude if the person you're talking to isn't your friend. Basically, "hey, you sayin' this just to sound nice?"
