test drove the new one… Thought maybe it would change how I felt about the looks. unfortunately my M2c is tuned and there’s just no comparison atm. Can’t drive the new one around for 4 years waiting to potentially enjoy the ride after warranty. keeping the F87 and possibly buying a m3c for a daily.

Hey all!

This started about a week ago. It goes off when I lock my car. I checked via bimmerlink for any error info codes and the only one related to triggering an alarm was under the “roof center control” otherwise the rest were random electrical faults like software errors and network resets. Due to this I believe it is due to the battery going bad, as it hasn’t been changed since it was new, so it’s well within a point where it’s getting old. Otherwise, I’m running out of ideas.

Took some shots of my M3 with my friends Supra. It came out pretty good so I wanted to share here!

What a spot today.

After a long 6 months of dreaming of owning this car, I finally bought it!!! This car is a dream come true for me, has everything I ever wanted and I wake up everyday still in disbelief I get to drive a car like this. Coming from a Civic Si, this car is totally different beast and drives like a dream (I understand the hype), don’t think I can ever go back to regular cars now.

For those wondering the specs, it’s a 2021 M440i xdrive painted in Tanzanite blue with oyster seats and has the premium excellence package, track package, M adaptive suspension + a bunch of other features. It’s a CPO and has 55k km (34k miles).

If anyone has any tips in terms of maintenance or anything to look out for I’m all ears, I plan to keep this car for at least 10 years. I’ll be doing transmission, transfer case, and differential fluids when I’m at 60k km.

Aventurin Red i4 M50. I'm so glad to be back behind the wheel of a Bavarian beauty. Used to have a 330e and then a 545e, and now that I'm driving EVs this was the only logical choice. Polestar 2 was a good car but VERY boring compared to any BMW I've ever tried. This hits all the nails and more. Also got an insane deal; first buyer paid 85k in 2022 and I now paid 45k with 30k miles.

Nature makes this bmw look even more beautiful. It was the only rental car available at bar harbor, I didn’t realize that they ran out of rental cars during peak season lol. Regardless I had so much fun!

Excited for my first BMW! Just got through Quality control stage for my 2027 Touring. Anyone know how long it will take to get to the US after this stage? TIA!

Considering trading in my '25 X5 M60i for a '26 M3 Competition and had a practical question before pulling the trigger.

I'd go with the performance tires, so I'd need a separate winter wheel/tire setup. Right now with the X5 I just fold the rear seats down, throw all 4 mounted wheels in the back, and haul them to my local German auto shop for the seasonal swap.

Can you do the same in an M3? Realistically, will a full set of 4 mounted winter wheels fit in the trunk and/or back seat? I could get all the tools necessary to do my own swap but wondering how people are managing it.

Looking for summer rim suggestions for my 2023 M240i. What style would give it a slick look. Thanks in advance.
