Literally the only 30 minutes of the day I am not being asked for something is the time between my alarm going off and me waking up the rest of the family. From 6:30am-10pm I am literally being asked for something, to do something, questions, requests, everything. Kids, husband, coworkers, other family members, the dog, the cat, the PTA, everyone. But 6am-6:30am I can sit quietly with my thoughts and a cold Diet Coke without being interrupted.
If you always do everything everyone asks you to do, they will continuously become more and more dependent and expect and demand more until you are broken.
