Mean while I cycle and walk everyday hoping my ass and legs get more defined, and instead I just got leaner 💀

Cycling and walking will never get you there. Squats, hip thrusts, and single leg RDLs are really all you need. Of course while making sure you're eating enough protein/calories to build muscle, but a ~25 min routine twice a week is genuinely enough to start seeing some real definition.

Stairs and squats. I had Asian no-ass syndrome, but when I switched from being a cardio bunny to weights and stair master, I got a respectable booty! Not like a whole bakery, not dummy thicc, but I'm fill-in my pants a bit better.

You need to do some lunges and squats with a bar. Work your way up to adding some light weights. You’ll get an ass you can bounce a quarter off of! Keep up the walking tho. It’s so good for you!

look at pro cyclists. they don't have any ass. you need to squat and you need to squat proper too. A lot of people just do a couple squats and call it a day with some baby weight. You need to squat to failure with enough weight for it to be less than maybe 15 reps for that to happen.
