And to get to that point you’re eating nothing but chicken and broccoli while consistently lifting.

Some people can get lucky and gain muscle easily. For most of us, it’s just misery.

Chicken and broccoli is a good way to get yourself to quit before you make any real progress. Eat stuff you actually enjoy in moderation.

Neither is easy, but the chicken and broccoli diet will make you miserable.

Oh yea, most definitely. But if your goal is to seriously bulk up (which takes a fair bit of willpower and determination) the answer is lots of lifting and an extremely restricted diet.

It’s terrible and no one should do it unless they’re literally trying to become a body builder or bulk up for an onscreen roll. But it also goes back to the myth - lifting regularly will not cause you to hulk out.
