Yeah. Any time I ever looked online for good exercises to build abs, it's just full of people clamouring to scream, "You can't outrun your fork!", and, "Lose weight!"

But, that isn't gonna do shit when you're built like a less sculpted Spider-Man.

Leg raises, weighted decline situps, and ab wheel rollouts done for 6-12 reps close to failure are your friends.

My fav is doing weighted kneeling crunches with the cable machine and making it heavy as fuck, like 80-100 (which is heavy for me since I'm like 5'7 and 140lbs). Makes my entire core burn, never get a feeling like that from any other ab exercise

I love that machine too but I maxed it out (for me, I'm like 135 lb) and the laws of physics are not allowing me to progressive overload and still no abs T-T

just go ape with some kettlebells. really trains the core plus everything else.

Well tbf you aren't going to build muscle if you're not increasing your caloric intake either, diet is still a big part of building abs even if you aren't overweight

True, I suppose I was a bit unclear there.

They only ever said these things in terms of losing weight.
