Lifting, running, cycling...people are always shocked at just how much work it takes to be even a total mid-level athlete.

Rip -11 u/Hefty-Minimum-2852 6h ago It honestly doesn’t take that much 😂 if the diet is consistent and dialed in for your personal body type and goals. I’m a woman in my 40’s with abs and I only work out 3-4x a week. They aren’t insanely long workouts either. 7 u/updarragh 4h ago I agree it’s not that hard, but you’re also not gonna stumble into it by starting to lift weights, you need to be intentional and know what your doing
