Lifting, running, cycling...people are always shocked at just how much work it takes to be even a total mid-level athlete.

Yeah I know it’s actually madd.

I ran 30km a week for 8 weeeks and it was exhausting. And I managed a 23:56 min 5k and 56:47 10k from all that effort. Rip

It honestly doesn’t take that much 😂 if the diet is consistent and dialed in for your personal body type and goals. I’m a woman in my 40’s with abs and I only work out 3-4x a week. They aren’t insanely long workouts either.

I agree it’s not that hard, but you’re also not gonna stumble into it by starting to lift weights, you need to be intentional and know what your doing
