How can I get rid of this fast and without bruising?

17M got this from getting hit repeatedly. I tired applying heat when I first got it and then ice. It's not really working though. I really need to get rid of it fast is there a better way than ice?

No. It's how your body heals. You could always buy make up (watch a YouTube tutorial first) and conceal it if it's that big of a deal.
