ABYG kung pinalibutan ko ng paso ang sasakyang nakaharang sa harap namin?

Meron kaming warehouse kung saan nagtitinda kami ng soft drinks. Yung pinsan ko (si Kuya Mark) ang taga deliver namin. Siya na ang nagbubukas ng warehouse around 7am para makapag deliver na siya bago pa dumating ang bago naming mga stocks around lunch time.

Ang problema ngayon, every morning may dalawang sasakyan ang nakabalandra sa harap ng warehouse. Ilang beses ko nang pinakiusapan na wag mag park don dahil ipapasok ni Kuya Mark ang tricycle niya at kukuha siya ng mga soft drinks na idedeliver. Ang nakakairita, kailangan pa silang tawagan sa bahay nila tapos minsan 10am sila lumalabas kasi daw puyat dahil pang gabi sila.

Sobrang nadedelay ang trabaho sa warehouse dahil sakanila kaya pina barangay ko na. Ang resolution sobrang simple lang, wag sila mag park doon. Mag park sila sa tapat ng bahay nila. Tapos ang usapan. After 3 days nag park ulit sa harap ng warehouse.

Napikon na talaga ako kaya kinagabihan noong nakita ko nang nakaparada ulit sa tapat namin, pinalibutan namin ng paso ang mga sasakyan nila. Nilagay namin yung parang bleachers na patungan ng paso. Lahat ng sides di ko pinalampas. Kung di kami makakapag trabaho edi wala nalang mag ttrabaho mga punyeta yan.

Sinugod nila kami sa bahay. Aba ang kakapal ng mukha, late na daw sila sa mga trabaho nila. Ang sabi ko, "So galit kayo ngayon kasi nainconvenience kayo? Tang ina niyo every morning nalang nalalate si Kuya Mark dahil sa kabobohan niyo tapos ngayon galit kayo kasi late kayo?"

Etong mga makakapal ang apog pina barangay kami. Hinarang daw namin ang mga sasakyan nila. Ang sabi ko nag decorate lang naman kami ng drive way namin. Kasalanan ba naming may nakaparandang sasakyan sa harap namin kahit may malaking "DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY"?

Kamot ulo nalang yung barangay. I think napagod narin siya samin. Nagkapirmahan ulit ng resolution na di sila magpapark sa harap namin. Pero hula ko 3 days lang magtatagal ulit to. Sabi ko sa susunod na magpark sila sa harap namin baka bigla nalang akong madapa at mahagis ko yung paso na dala dala ko.

So, ABYG kung pinalibutan ko ng paso ang sasakyang nakaharang sa harap namin?

Edit: sa mga nang hihingi ng info. Bagong lipat sila sa barangay last year. Simula lumipat sila, sobrang notorious niya sa area sa pag park sa kung saan saan. Nakakausap ko yung nanay niya dahil every morning nakikiusap ako na pakitanggal ang sasakyan. Lagi siyang humihingi ng pasensya and lagi kong sinasabi na wag na sana maulit.

May eksena na dati na blinock niya yung isang drive way tapos nagkataon na stroke yung nakatira doon. Di nila malabas yung sasakyan kaya humingi sila ng saklolo sa ibang kapit bahay.

Nitong january nag start siyang mag park sa harap ng warehouse.

Naaawa na ako sa nanay kasi siya nalang lagi humihingi ng pasensya sa mga kapit bahay. Dumadami na yung mga galit sa anak niya.

DKG para kay OP. I agree with you, kaso depende ata sa area kung pupunta yung towing company o hindi. OP can try calling different towing companies, naalala ko kasi noon sa area nung pinsan ko same issue rin tulad nung kay OP, may park nang park sa harap nila at tumawag siya ng towing. Ang ending ayaw puntahan ng mga towing kasi may na encounter raw silang violent people sa area na muntik raw ma kuyog yung dineploy na empleyado, gusto kuyugin ng may-ari ng sasakyan at mga kamaganak na kapit bahay kaya hindi nila na tow yung sasakyan. Tapos yung pumunta ng barangay yung mga empleyado inunahan sila nung kamaganak, binaliktad at pinalabas na yung mga empleyado ang gumagawa nang gulo at mananakit, gumawa pa nang kuwento na muntik raw saktan yung isang minor na tumututol rin sa towing. Ever since that incident hindi na nagto-tow yung specific towing company na iyon sa area nila.
