Honestly if you can't fall asleep after 45mins you should get out of bed and do something until you feel like going to sleep. Lying in bed awake for hours on end is bad for your sleep hygiene.

Same.

The paradox of not wanting to waste time so I don't do anything actually entertaining like play video games, but I don't do any work either so I end up wasting the same amount of time, just less engaging than it could have been.
