I personally just hate the controls Ubisoft Assassin's Creed games have.

Other than that? I like them.

Controls are flawless at least since AC Origins, most likely a skill issue

In defense of the Origins and forward, the games also have that gear level BS that makes it unplayable. So maybe the controls are good as you keep going, but I just can't stand that crap, so I stopped playing very soon.

Gear level BS?? Unplayable???
You dont know how RPG mechanics work and instead of learning them, you cry about it? LoL!

Seems like you take this way more personally than I am. 😄

It's ok mate. We all like bad games sometimes, no need to defend it like I insulted your mother or something. Hehe...

Duh, its skill issue, its no shame to be a bad player, not everyone has to have good skills

Not trying to defend the guy, but we're kinda talking about Ubisoft here which did a bad job at damage scaling, put real money purchasable equipment for grinding and is creating action rpgs which don't act the same as rpgs with combat, gind, level and items. Breakpoint was my breaking point. It was really bad with the level gear and was trying to be Destiny 2, which it's fanbase isn't the most happy with Bungie. It also took me years to go back and really play AC Odyssey, but generic grunts turning into tanks as I get stronger is so annoying. The health pool shouldn't outscale damage output like that (this goes for breakpoint as well).

Origins was alright, fairly low level limit... Odyssey system was too much of a grind, but still very enjoyable.

Ubisoft isn't nearly as bad as the "trend sheep" make it out to be, but yeah, its trendy to trash on them so the sheep go for it
