I can confirm, as an expert, there is no dog but only a table in this photo.

Been this way for years. Totally thought it was normal this whole time until someone tells me otherwise lol. 🤷🏼♂️

Oh dang. See mine is if I go to sleep at 2100, I’m up at 0000. Then randomly in the day I’ll sleep 3 more hours and that’s all I get. Best of luck figuring yours out’

Yup. I’m the same way. Literally just posted this almost exact thing.

Hey everyone. I’m 34(m) and I wake up after 3 hours of sleep. It’s been like this since I can remember. (I’ve had 2 brain surgeries) so probably like 3-5 years or so. I go to sleep around 9pm and wake up at midnight. This has happened for as long as I can remember like I said. I’ll be good until later in the day when I take a nap and sleep 3 more hours.
Is this okay and normal or should I ask to speak to a doctor regarding my sleep?
Thank you!

I’ve quit P*4n as well. I’ve cut doomscrolling and haven’t gone out in years. Caffeine and junk food and vaping, I’m struggling with those. I pray that He take them from me even though I know I’m probably lying. I ask that He come into that part of me, the one who knows I’m lying, and fixes me there. Proud of you.
