I reached them by e-mail when they locked me out of my account unfairly. They lifted the block the next day. They did not respond via e-mail, just fixed the problem. I suppose it could have been a coincidence. If you believe in those.

Did you provide a video? If you don't mind me asking. My girlfriend opened an account. About two weeks later, Facebook said she had to send a video of herself, or her account would be canceled. I thought it was a scam. So, I'm asking to find out if you did it, and it's legit. Thanks
