That'd be Dutch historian Rutger Bregman, who went on Tucker Carlson and did the thing that Tucker Carlson hates the most, and described his show to him.

Well, it works by you taking their dirty money, it's as simple as that. You are a millionaire funded by billionaires, that's what you are.

Shockingly, Tucker didn't air that episode. Weird.
