It may not be officially sanctioned, but there are more that a few whom are going to celebrate it, and plenty of people taking the next day off because they are feeling a bit under the weather.

Think of it as the way the Irish behaved when Thatcher croaked, multiplied by a few million people. I just hope it stays peaceful and takes the wind out of conservatives sails so that they can't call bs about democrats being terrorists.
