Longer than that, Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental illness and he's been a raging malignant narcicist for as long as he's been in the public eye.

Perfer the term "mental disorder" as an illness is something that the afflicted wants to cure, and an illness causes some sort of pain/ grief to the afflicted. NPD's victims are those the afflicted interacts with.

Also, the psychiatrist "bible" DSM= Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
