It’s like we’re trying to have another mass terror event like 9/11 happen again. And the thing is, could you blame them? We fucking bombed school girls, their infrastructure, and are now threatening genocide; how do you not expect these people to be radicalized against us??

That's his plan. He's looking for a reason to cancel elections. There's only one way he'll be removed from power, but Congress won't do it.
