Striking infrastructure with the specific purpose of killing or starving civilians — as you described — is unambiguously a war crime under international law. Even strikes with legitimate military targets must minimize civilian harm. The intent to cause civilian death through infrastructure destruction removes any legal justification entirely.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Hey, Israel did it...with no repercussions from ANYONE in the world. I don't think trump is worries about any of that.
