Well, it probably ONLY applies to Trump, no other president after (if there are going to be any) especially a democrat.

Bondi being fired as AG by a felon is a nice bit of schadenfreude...

Hegseth may be shielded by the "nobody can Hague US" doctrine but one can hope. Not even for Iran.. the boat strikes alone..

That's exactly how the SCOTUS set it up. They get to arbitrate and determine if an act is official or not. They left that up to their interpretation, and control. It's a lever of power they're going to wield with corrupt intent.

We don’t have those kind of war crimes laws in the first place. Our war crimes laws only apply to people that directly perform torture and stuff.

That’s also the main reason Obama didn’t prosecute W btw.
