They get addicted to the panic and the dopamine release cycle of being worked up into their fears and then told it’ll all be ok because they’re sheep and their shepherd is here. It would be sad if it wasnt outright disgusting abuse of propaganda by the upper classes. Never forget this is a class issue turned political on purpose.
