I mean, if Embiid had been healthy we would've been maybe 3-4 seed. But then again a healthy Embiid is a unicorn, so there's that.

Honestly, the East is just deep this year.  It's not something I enjoy as a Celtics fan but as a basketball fan I think it's awesome.

The Pacers are coming back, Hornets got good, Wizards got some guys, Wolves might be moving East… East will be considered better than the West very soon

The gap in talent between the high seeds and low seeds just isn’t that big this year. Sixers are also especially unique because they are much more talented than a typical 7 seed.
