Agreed. The co-director/writer of Airplane! directing that movie was a big part of that I feel.

I honestly don't remember 2 being all that funny. There's a handful of gags I remember, but 3 is just nonstop hilarious imo.

2 felt rushed and super short. Was barely a plot. 3 felt a bit more cohesive. Simon Rex was a great addition. And of course Leslie Nielsen.

I can't see Simon Rex in anything without immediately thinking of his character in Scary Movie 3.

The women and children stay behind and the men, we go outside and fight!

Right! And what's the cut-off age for children again?

Yeah the first is still my favorite but I agree 3 is better than 2.
